Yes, as I type it is 4 degrees, but warmer days are coming. Looking at this photo gives me hope; lush green grass, leaves on the trees, flowers, SUN! Fortunately the owners of 169 Rosemary take such pride in their outdoor oasis that they have a photo from warmer days, AHHH, this feels good. Truly a great house all around, but this private yard is one of my favorite features. Many a good time has been had here, and it is now time for a new owner to make their own memories here.
