Ambler Arts & Music Festival

Rules, Requirements, and Pertinent Information

The Ambler Arts Festival is for exhibitors displaying and/or selling only original works of art and personally hand-crafted items, to be considered you must meet this requirement. Prints of exhibiting artist’s original work may be sold.

The cost of the exhibit space is $75 for one 10′ x 10′ space. Exhibitors are required to supply all display materials, tents, signs, etc.

The festival will be on Butler Avenue in charming downtown Ambler. There will be a larger musical component to the festival this year with music all day and into the evening. Ambler festivals are extremely well attended; it’s the best of both worlds, wonderful exposure in a quaint small town setting!

The application form must include all requested information, complete with signature. Please make check payable to Ambler Main Street, and mail payment along with completed application to Ambler Arts Fest, PO Box 36, Ambler, PA 19002, no later than April 1, 2013.

You will be notified of selection no later than April 15, 2013. If selected to participate in the festival, your exhibit fee will be deposited. Exhibitors will receive space assignment no later than June 7, 2013. There is a section in the application to allow for special requests (i.e., to be next to a particular exhibitor, the need for an electrical outlet, etc), while we will do our bests to accommodate your request we cannot guarantee they will be honored.

Application deadline is April 1, 2013. In the event of a cancellation, exhibit fees will be refunded provided your cancellation is mailed and postmarked by April 30, 2013, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Phone and email cancellations will not be accepted.
